RETURNS
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for any subjects of the return of your order.
Please note that at this time, all items are unexchangeable and non-refundable. ANY ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE ARE FINAL. To have the best Pure Chic experience, please utilize the size chart and the size of the model listed in the item's description when making a purchase. If you are unsure about your size, it is always recommended to size up when completing online purchases.
At checkout, please review and confirm the correct item, quantity, color, size, shipping address, and payment information to prevent errors as Pure Chic Boutique is not responsible for selections and/or incorrect information made by the purchaser. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made.
Damaged or Defective Items
Pure Chic Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all order information, packaging materials, and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If an item you received from Pure Chic Boutique is damaged or defective, you can return it by mail for a refund or store credit. This is the only case where refunds are acceptable. In this case, customers must notify us within 5 days of receipt to report any damaged or defective items by contacting us at sales@shoppurechic.com. All customers would need to submit video and/or photos of damages for assessment to determine what solution can be provided. After contacting us we will respond within 24-48 hours.
Once the item(s) is received it will be carefully assessed. If the item(s) displays any damages, a store credit will not provided and the item will be returned back to you.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
We believe in being ethical and loyal to our customers. In the case of damaged or wrong merchandising, return postage will only be provided by us at no charge to you. Please allow up to 7 days from the time you mail your order, it is delivered to us for your exchange to be processed. We will email you once your item has been received and issue you your store credit.
We hold ourselves up to high standards and will provide the necessary compensation when the error is on our end.
In the event there’s an issue regarding your order we will always find a feasible resolution. Please read the descriptions of each item along with our store policies.
Pure Chic Boutique reserves the right to decline the exchange of your items if the above terms are not followed.
